Warranty: In case of factory errors within the first 7 days of order and wear, we will pick up the item and fix them for free, and depending on the level of damage, there is also a possible replacement.

In addition to this, normal wearing out of your product, irrespective of how long you have had them for can be returned to the company and we will take care of them for a reasonable charge.

Care for leather: 

• Firstly, get a matching color of original leather polish
• Apply a waterproof spray to protect against stains and water every 3 to 6 months
• Apply a leather conditioner
• If you happen to get your leather item wet, wipe the stained area with a damp cloth. It’s advised to start at the edges of the stain and scrub in toward its center. Next, blot the water with a fresh damp cloth, and then let it dry in a cool, well-ventilated area. Don’t put them in front of a heat source to dry, because you could end up with uneven drying.
