Warranty: In case of factory errors within the first 2 months of order and wear, we will pick up shoes and fix for free and depending on the level of damage, there is also a possible replacement.

In addition to this, normal wearing out of your shoes, irrespective of how long you have had them for can be returned to the company and we will take care of them for a reasonable charge.

Care: 

• Firstly, get a matching color of leather spray
• Apply a waterproof spray to protect against stains and water
• Apply a leather conditioner
• If you happen to get your shoes wet, scrub the stained area with a nail brush. It’s advised to start at the edges of the stain and scrubbing in toward its center. Next, blot the water with a damp cloth, and then let your shoes dry in a cool, well-ventilated area. Don’t put them in front of a heat source to dry, because you could end up with uneven drying.
• Lastly, if you get a stain on your shoes, use a suede eraser
